Being founded by expats, we are very well aware of the cultural shock that expatriates and immigrants go through when they land in this wonderful land of Egypt. Sometimes the Cultural Shock never goes away, especially when dealing with personnel in Egypt. We know the frustration of getting domestic help is a challenge by itself!
Dealing with agencies, local, and foreign people you are really not familiar with while not knowing the system and regulations of the country, and having to depend on connections of your friends, while they are in the same cultural shock as you are, and on the end not knowing the stranger you let in your home to take care of your kids, can sometimes be frightening.
We are not here to make false promises, but we are here to do our best to remove the barriers and to provide our clientele with the best possible staff.
Like most agencies, we hire domestic as well as foreign personnel. Egypt is a big country, we are privileged to meet all kinds of people, and therefore we are very careful about our personnel as well as our clientele. All our staff has a file which consists of fingerprints, personal information, copies of valid documents, photos and any other information provided.
Our clients are always welcomed in our office and they have a full right to access those files, in fact even before the signing of the contract with Expat Service, they will have the right to view the file of a potential employee.
While mentioning the care of catering to our clients, we also like to take care of our staff by making sure we know the potential employer. We try to make sure that both sides are protected; therefore we kindly require personal information from employers [copy of passport and a signed contract].
