Sherif: is our scouting agent responsible for locating qualified foreign Nannies/Housekeepers. He is also primarily in charge of clients interviews. Nanny interviews are conducted by Sherif in your home or in our office with a potential Nanny/Housekeeper ensuring that the interview will be conducted properly and efficiently. Assisting you with registration and that the agreement is fully understood prior to being signed by all three parties [Nanny/Housekeeper, Expat Service and the client]. When Sherif is not conducting interviews he is performing background checks on Nannies/Housekeepers, which also requires taking them for a health check up, done upon request of the client. All in all Mr. Sherif enjoys his role and strives to please all involved in the process, while maintaining professionalism and reliability.

Heba: is the main secretary at Expat Service. Responsible for ensuring the day to day tasks of running a functional office are followed through. Along with her secretarial duties, Heba coordinates with Mr. Sherif in order to ensure all background checks and interviews with Nannies/Housekeepers and Clients are processed in a timely manner.  Ensuring all documentation is in order and providing her experience, professionalism and reliability to our office.

Shayme: is our scouting agent for Egyptian Nannies/Housekeepers. Responsible for finding proper and qualified Nannies/Housekeepers of Egyptian nationality, being Egyptian herself she has the experience in finding qualified staff. Conducting her work primarily outside office, she is also responsible for all background checks along with police reports, which are done upon the request of the client. She provides dependability with good character and excelled experience in finding domestic staff. 

Michael: is our international agent overseas and provides scouting for properties in USA and UK, also providing assistance to potential clients still in transition to Egypt.

Simon: is our scouting agent for real estate properties in Egypt. As an expat he is very well familiar with the preferences and required conditions for transitioning expats.

Amir: is the assistant for Simon, assisting in the scouting process; he ensures that language is not a barrier, and assists in the process of all paperwork.

Katie: is our computer geek, she does all the online work, from advertising to answering emails, ensuring that all databases are correct and much more.
